Compensation: $125,000–$300,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)

Luxury Bath Technologies and Home Concepts Remodeling continue to build strong momentum across the Norther Arizona area. As a top dealership for two consecutive years, we’re looking for motivated, results-driven In-Home Design Consultants to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Run 2 pre-qualified appointments per day (10 per week)
• Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs
• Build rapport and present customized design solutions
• Set clear expectations and guide customers through the process
• Close sales and deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Attend 2 in-person sales meetings per month
• Support team success and uphold company standards

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
• Bathroom remodeling experience is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
• Tech-savvy (iPad, MS Office, CRM systems, Google Drive)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Schedule

• 5 days per week
• Must be available for at least 3 Saturdays per month
• Appointment times vary based on customer availability

Compensation & Benefits

• 100% commission-based (after 2-week paid training)
• $125K–$300K+ earning potential (top reps exceed $200K)
