About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present customized bath solutions that fit their vision. This is an outside sales position where you’ll use advanced technology to design and sell premium products.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based system
- Design personalized bath solutions using our software
- Present pricing and close sales during appointments
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Experience in bath remodeling or home improvement is a strong plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Confident presenter with strong closing ability
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Outgoing and professional personality
Compensation
This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance and results.
