What You’ll Do:
- Run in-home sales appointments with pre-set, confirmed homeowners (all leads provided)
- Use a company iPad and proprietary software to present, design, and sell 1-day bath remodeling solutions
- Close deals on the spot, delivering pricing and moving homeowners to contract
- Attend weekly sales training and team meetings to stay sharp and informed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience in the bath remodeling industry
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket, one-call close deals
- Familiarity with 1-day bath remodeling (tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in tubs, etc.)
- Professional, confident, and engaging presentation style
- Highly motivated and goal-driven – thrives in a commission-based environment
- Reliable transportation and local to the Southeast Michigan area
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using an iPad for presentations and paperwork
