About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you will recruit, coach, develop, and lead a team of In-Home Sales Representatives while remaining actively involved in the sales process. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work directly with your team in the field, help close deals, improve performance, and create a culture of accountability and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of In-Home Sales Representatives.
• Review and manage appointments generated by the inside sales team.
• Conduct a minimum of five ride-alongs and in-home sales appointments weekly as a training and coaching tool.
• Provide real-time field coaching to improve presentation, closing, and customer engagement skills.
• Assist representatives with closing opportunities and overcoming objections.
• Monitor and manage individual and team sales performance.
• Conduct cancel-save appointments to recover potential lost sales.
• Partner with the rehash team to maximize closing opportunities and drive additional revenue.
• Organize and lead regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Establish clear expectations, goals, and accountability measures for the sales team.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and consistent results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience required.
• Experience in bath remodeling, replacement windows, roofing, siding, remodeling, or other in-home sales preferred.
• Experience within a One-Day Bath or One-Day Home Improvement sales model is highly desired.
• Previous sales management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and retain top sales talent.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with technology, including iPad-based presentations, CRM systems, and electronic contract platforms.
• Ability to lead by example and actively participate in field sales activities.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives and bonuses. Successful Sales Managers have the opportunity to earn up to $200,000+ annually through a combination of leadership effectiveness, team performance, and personal sales contributions.
