About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and showcase high-quality products.

What We Offer

• Pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)

• Expected earnings: $150,000 – $250,000+ per year

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
• Design customized bath solutions using user-friendly software
• Provide pricing and close sales consistently
• Participate in weekly sales training to refine skills
• Deliver a professional and engaging customer experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Prior in-home sales experience preferred
• Experience in bath remodeling or home improvement industry is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Confident presenter with strong closing skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
