📍 Location: San Diego, CA
🕗 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
💵 $20–$27/hour (Based on Experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Production & Install Manager to lead the daily flow of residential bathroom remodel projects. This pivotal role oversees project scheduling, technician management, warehouse operations, and customer communication from start to finish. Your leadership ensures our projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with our high standards for quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

📅 Scheduling & Project Management

• Create and manage install/production schedules

• Coordinate with design consultants, sales team, and management to address project needs

• Monitor job progress and ensure work meets quality standards

• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and efficiency

🏗 Warehouse & Material Logistics

• Maintain an organized warehouse and oversee material staging for projects

• Receive, store, and dispatch materials to job sites as needed

• Work with the purchasing team to ensure timely material availability

• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness

👷‍♂️ Technician Supervision

• Lead and support technicians/installers, assigning daily tasks and ensuring readiness

• Conduct regular check-ins to review progress, address concerns, and foster accountability

• Ensure technicians have the right materials and information for success on the job

📞 Customer Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners throughout the project

• Provide clear, timely updates and resolve concerns with professionalism

• Foster a positive client experience that builds trust and satisfaction

🧾 Administrative & Operational Support

• Assist with material orders and inventory tracking

• Help monitor project costs and labor efficiency to meet company targets

• Ensure accurate documentation, signed contracts, and compliance with expectations

• Support the team with other tasks and projects as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong background in project management and scheduling

• Experience in construction, remodeling, or warehouse operations preferred

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently

• Proficient in working across office, warehouse, and field environments

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse-related tasks

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, and pull as needed

• Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs

• Visual acuity for reading plans and using digital tools

• Effective verbal communication by phone and in person

• Work conditions include office, warehouse, customer homes, and occasional outdoor exposure
