The Sales and Operations Manager ensures that administrative matters within are carried out smoothly. Taking direction from leadership, the Sales & Operations Manager interfaces with all aspects of the business - with finance, human resources, operations, sales, marketing and the owner. This position coordinates office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. You will generate revenue by leading and growing a dynamic team of In-Home Sales Representatives. You will be a Leader, Motivator, Coach and Teacher.
Operating in a fast-paced office environment, this individual possesses exemplary interpersonal skills allowing for satisfactory resolution on a multitude of administrative matters.

Essential Functions:
- Manage the daily operations of the Bath Center of Portland
- Oversee all staff and foster a positive work environment
- Regularly review performance results and takes necessary actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly expectations
- Effectively complete cancel-save appointments
- Work with the rehash manager to get back in homes to close sales
- Prepare and lead ongoing training meetings
- Set expectations for the sales team based on our objectives and provide coaching and training as needed
- Assist in coordinating company events and functions.
- Compile monthly sales sheet and ensure all tax charged is correct
- Addressing follow-up phone calls and emails from installs.
- Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction and handling escalations.
- Reporting operational and sales updates to Bath Center of Seattle
- Process monthly salesperson commissions.
- Compile monthly deposit sheet.
- Deposit all incoming checks and track accordingly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
- Manage subcontractor’s insurance - liability and workers compensation coverage.
Qualifications:
- 5 + years of successful Home Improvement Sales, preferably with the 1 - Day Concept
- Prefer 2 - years of Sales Management Experience
- Strong leadership, business development, organization, team building and management, communication (verbal, written and presentation), and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical skills: iPad presentation, electronic contracts
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.

- Self-starter

Preferred education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or closely related field from a regionally or nationally accredited institution.
- Proficiency with Team Design.
- Experience in finance and/or human resources within an organization.
- Experience with Home Improvement Remodeling industry.
