About the Role
As an In-Home Design Consultant, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design customized bathroom remodeling solutions and guide them through the purchasing process. This is a rewarding outside sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential for individuals who thrive in a consultative sales environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads
- Present our products and services using company-provided sales tools and technology
- Design customized bath remodeling solutions that fit each homeowner's needs
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Provide accurate pricing and financing options
- Close sales and achieve individual performance goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred
- Previous in-home sales or home improvement industry experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile technology, and sales software
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Pittsburgh market and surrounding communities
