About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and showcase high-quality products.
What We Offer
- Pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
- Design customized bath solutions using user-friendly software
- Provide pricing and close sales consistently
- Participate in weekly sales training to refine skills
- Deliver a professional and engaging customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Prior in-home sales experience preferred
- Experience in bath remodeling or home improvement industry is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Confident presenter with strong closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
