BORDNER HOME EXTERIORS is seeking to hire a Construction Crew Recruiter to find us the best roofing crews along the Front Range!

Our business is BOOMING! With all the recent Colorado storms and weather damage to homes, we need to onboard roofing crews to start IMMEDIATELY!
 

THE JOB

• Recruit, train, and oversee roofing install crews for all roofing projects.
• Communicate effectively with crews and homeowners, ensuring proper install and customer satisfaction.  
• Oversee job completion to a 5-star customer rating.

WHAT IT TAKES

• This person should have experience in construction, roofing, and knows how to find the best teams around.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Outgoing-approachable.
• Team player- willing to be "boots on ground."

SALARY

$45,000-$55,000/ year + bonus

Retain crews over 3-6-9-12 + months and earn a retention bonus!
