We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to join our dynamic team, a
trusted local leader in home and bath remodeling. If you’re passionate about

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the call center to ensure efficiency and high
performance.
• Train, mentor, and develop new hires, fostering a positive and productive team
environment.
• Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance, providing constructive
feedback and implementing improvement strategies.
• Develop and enforce performance standards, ensuring the team meets or
exceeds customer service and lead generation goals.
• Create and maintain schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels and coverage.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance customer
satisfaction and team productivity.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a call center manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using call center software and analytics tools.
• Experience in the remodeling or home improvement industry is a plus.
