Call Center Representative

Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our York, PA office. A qualified applicant will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.

Job duties include:
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Customer Service
• Manage sales reps schedules
• Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
