A successful candidate will have:

• - Proven experience in sales, preferably in general construction or remodeling
• - Strong customer service and account management skills
• - Proficient in using CRM software
• - Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• - Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
• - Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team
• Responsibilities:
• - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• - Identify new business opportunities and target markets
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• - Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
• - Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting performance targets and conducting regular performance reviews
• - Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• - Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
• - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission and bonuses.
