Marketing Events Coordinator

Luxury Bath Technologies is one of the fastest growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry.  In 2016, we celebrated our 25th anniversary in business and we are looking for quality people to join our winning team.  Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch.

We are looking for an experienced Events Coordinator to run our Events and Shows team out of our Boston, Massachusetts market.  We pay a weekly salary PLUS commission!

Job Description

  • Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory
  • Negotiate Contracts with the Event Vendors
  • Book an annual calendar of Events and Shows
  • Recruit, hire and train Event Demonstrators
  • Schedule Demonstrators to work Events
  • Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
  • Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows
  • Collect Contest Entries
  • Follow up on the Contest Entries and schedule them for a Free In-Home Consultation
  • Measure and report results

Qualifications

  • Home Improvement Experience
  • Strong communications skills
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to coach, train and motivate others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Must be available to work weekends
